Wonderful Dry Sacks
These bags are great! We just did an eight day boat-in camping by raft and kayaks adventure and bought two of the 35-liter sacks for the trip. We had one for dry human food, and one for dog food. They got a little wet on the paddle in and everything stayed dry. These were also our bear bags and stayed hung up in a tree every night. One of the nights we were there, we had a heavy rain storm. Brought the bear bags down the next morning with a little trepidation, but once again, everything was perfectly dry. I wouldn't suggest submerging them, but for the average use they work perfect. They took quite a beating on the trip, and show absolutely no signs of wear. I definitely recommend them.

Tough, dry and a great size
Picked up a couple of these to go inside of my 3 day backpack bail-out bags to keep everything inside nice and dry. They fit absolutely great in even the larger 3 day packs, and left room to spare to roll the top closed 4-5 times. Great tough bag (tougher than I expected) and it is actually airtight enough that I use it as a large camp pillow when backpacking. It holds air all night, so I know it will keep my gear dry. Ended up picking up the 55 gallon version for my 3800ci backpack and it fits perfectly as a liner for it, too.
Couldn't be happier with this dry sack, as I have tried others that were much thinner and would tear easier. This thing is lightweight and as tough as denim.
Not waterproof!!
This may be hard to believe, given the other reviews, but this bag isnt waterproof, or else I got a defective one. My old dry sack was a different brand, worked great. To my great surprise, after having rolled it up properly, I opened the bag at the end of a long bike ride in the rain and my electronics were immersed in a one inch puddle inside the bag!! Its weird because it seems airtight, and it managed to keep a puddle. This is my first use, out of the box.I dont know how all that water got in there, I cannot find any obvious holes.
The whole purpose is to keep your stuff dry, so obviously this gets one star. Basically a complete waste of money. Get a different brand. Outdoor research needs to keep researching.....
