YAMPA 45^ BAG
Observations from 1st use:
>comes with a stuff sack and cotton storage bag (no compression stuff sack...I use a sea to summit event compression sack)
>comfortable down to 60 degrees (that's as cold as it was when I used it)
>packs small (approx. 7"x7")
>light weight (~2lb)
>not a bad price for a 650 fill bag (especially on sale...I paid ~$125)
>can be used as an overbag...I plan to pair it with my BA lost ranger or gold creek bag for winter.
>there is no hood, but there is a sleeve for a pillow
My first impression is that this is a quality bag. I am partial to BA products because they make generously sized bags and I am a generously sized person (6'-2", 250lb). I have no trouble rolling around in this during the night (+the integrated pad sleeve keeps you from rolling off of your sleeping pad). Remember that you need a sleeping pad for insulation on the bottom of the bag.
Overall...good bag for late spring -> early fall...
