The Hi-Loft series of sleeping bags from WOODS offer great quality for the value. Higher grade cotton flannel linings, decent zippers that won't bust on your first outing and, depending on the model, 3 to 5 pounds of the WOODS Hi-Loft synthetic insulation that has one of the highest warmth to weight ratios in the industry.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Cozy value
This bag is a rare gem in no-man's land between the $20 bags for kids and the $100+ bags with pillows, pockets and solar panels. It covers the basics nicely. Two bags can be zipped together, it has a drawstring to close the opening and has a velcro tab to protect the zipper from getting snagged and coming undone. There's even a special plastic part on the zipper to keep it from snagging on the shell or lining.
There's no fudge factor on the temperature rating. The quadratherm hollow-fiber insulation works well. I slept outdoors in a low-30's Oregon winter and didn't even think about getting cold.
The one warning I would give is that if you're over 5'10" (~178cm) this isn't the bag for you. I can comfortably get my head covered and the pull the drawstring to close the top but there isn't much room to spare.
